Steps to get started:
1. Determine your loan type
- If you have a Fannie Mae loan, please call our Fannie Mae Mortgage Help Center at 866.442.8574 for assistance.
- If you have a Freddie Mac loan or any other type of non-Fannie Mae loan, please call us at 602.258.1659. We can assist you if the home you are trying to save from foreclosure is still occupied by you and continues to be your primary residence.
2. Request an Intake Packet
You may call us at 602.258.1659 to request a packet. We can email or mail it to you. You can also download the packet yourself (pdf)
3. Complete and submit the Intake Packet
Complete the packet and gather all requested documents. After youíve completed the packet and collected all documents, you can call us at 602.258.1659 to request an appointment to meet with one of our trained foreclosure intervention housing counselors.
4. Meet with a foreclosure intervention counselor
The counselor will review your packet for completeness. If your packet is complete, the counselor will submit your intake documents to your mortgage company and request mortgage relief assistance. They will provide you with assistance during the entire process.
