One. To get started, you will need to have the following items with you when you meet with our lending manager:

• One month of current pay stubs, or other proof of income;
• Two months of current bank, credit union, or other financial institution statements;
• Three years of federal income tax returns; and
• Current (within the last year) credit report with FICO scores. If you don’t have a credit report, we can pull one for you (a charge of $16.80 for a single applicant or $20.40 for joint applicants).
