Anthony and Blessing Nwiyaara left Nigeria when their home was burned to the ground. After three years in exile, they came to America. Thanks to homebuyer classes from NHS Phoenix and a sweat-equity partnership with Habitat for Humanity, Valley of the Sun, they and their three young sons are now safely "at home" in Phoenix.

College student Jessica Katt learned about homeownership opportunities from fellow student, and NHS Phoenix employee, Damon Jeffrey. After graduating last fall, Jessica went on to earn an A in homeownership.
