FLEX FUND Mortgage Program

The FLEX FUND was designed to assist low- and moderate-income families to purchase or refinance and renovate their home.

The FLEX FUND:

• Eliminates mortgage insurance premiums, lowering the monthly payment
• Borrower's commitment is as little as $1,000 out-of-pocket (to a maximum combined loan-to-value (CLTV) of 104%)
• Down payment assistance may be available to qualified borrowers
• Property renovation funds available; Refinance must include use of renovation funds

Properties may be located throughout MARICOPA COUNTY.

Homebuyer Education is required; provided by NHS Phoenix.

Generally, borrowers income must be 80% of the median income or below for Maricopa County. However, in certain areas, income may be 100% of the median income or below.
