Affordable Home Development
Since 1992, NHS Phoenix had developed both new and rehabilitated homes for purchase. In the past, construction efforts have been focused on the University Park, Longview, Eastlake, Garfield and Coronado neighborhoods of Phoenix, as well as the Jen Tilly Terrace neighborhood of Tempe. Infrastructure development will soon begin in the Isaac Initiative Area. NHS Phoenix is also currently rehabbing homes in the Garfield Neighborhood Initiative Area as a sub-grantee to the City of Phoenix under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. In addition, we have new homes available in the gated community of Montaņa Bella, located near the base of South Mountain at the northeast corner of 7th Ave. and South Mountain Ave. in Phoenix.
